Strengths for Faith Communities & Ministry Leaders
Christian disciples are called to name, invest in, and use their God-given gifts - including their talents and strengths - in all aspects of their lives.
Martha equips ministry leaders to engage in and offer faith-based talent and gift development opportunities in their faith communities and/or various ministry contexts. Her faith-based curriculum, Talents in Christian Discipleship© (TCD) Learning Modules, is designed to guide individuals and faith communities in the process of naming and investing in their talents toward developing their strengths as they engage in Christian discipleship, reflect on their vocational call, learn about Christian Social Teaching, and participate in shaping society for the common good.
TCD Learning Modules use the CliftonStrengths® talent assessment tool, which helps participants to articulate their God-given talents.
Christian disciples who have opportunities to name, cultivate, and use their God-given gifts in their faith community are more likely to use their gifts in all aspects of their lives. And as faith community members are encouraged to develop and use their gifts in their faith community, the faith community’s culture transforms into a more engaged community.
